Anthony Tabacchi joined NorQuest as a Retention Advisor in 2023. He currently works for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences as a Program Advisor for the Early Learning & Childcare and Community Studies programs. Prior to NorQuest, he worked in Student Recruitment for another Alberta post-secondary and served as Chair of that institution's Staff Association. In addition to his experience in Higher Education, he has also worked as front-line staff and management in transportation and retail.

Prior to his professional career, he was born and raised in Missouri. He attended Truman State University and graduated with his BA in English in 2018. While in post-secondary, he founded a collegiate-level Quadball team and studied in preparation for Truman's Master of the Arts in Education program.

Instead of going to graduate school immediately, he chose to get married to his wife, Michelle, and moved to Canada in 2018. He continues to be an active leader and player on Edmonton's Quadball team, and volunteer coach for their youth team
