Brad Arkison joined NorQuest in 2018 as the Director of Continuing Education and Partner Solutions. In 2022, Brad accepted the role of Vice President, Marketing and Communications, where he provides strategic oversight for the NorQuest College brand and leads the college’s Communications & Creative Services and Web & Digital teams.
Before joining the college, Brad was a Principal at Incite Strategy, an Edmonton-based marketing and strategy consulting firm focused on helping organizations create strategic roadmaps to move forward with clarity and confidence. At Incite Brad worked with private sector clients, non-profits, and leading public interest organizations to help them understand their markets, unique position, and path forward. Before joining Incite, he was the Marketing Director for the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Extension. Prior to his work in marketing and communications, Brad held vendor- and client-side roles in market research and data analytics, and worked as a program evaluation consultant within the post-secondary and K-12 educational sectors.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta, where he focused heavily on social psychology and human factors, fields that explore how we interact with each other and built environments. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta.
