Are you feeling stressed or burnt out? Are you holding tension in your muscles? Or are you looking to find new ways to relax and stay active?

Join local yoga teacher, Anukesh, as she guides us through a 45-minute gentle yoga practice. This beginner-friendly class is a great way to relax, unwind, and nourish your body in a relaxed environment. No experience necessary.

Do I need to be flexible? 

No! Yoga is about so much more than flexibility. This class is designed to be accessible for all bodies and abilities. We celebrate choice and provide modifications throughout. 

Do I need a yoga mat? 

No, we provide mats for all participants. If you’d prefer to use your own mat, though, please feel free to bring it along! 

I’ve never tried yoga before, will I be the only new person there? 

Definitely not! Lots of people have joined us for their first ever yoga class. Being nervous is normal, but we’ll be on hand to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Each posture/movement will be explained as we go, and we encourage folks to experiment with their bodies to find a position that feels good for them.
