New Associate Vice President to lead integrated student services and academic strategy at NorQuest

NorQuest College is proud to announce Heather Kitteringham as the inaugural Associate Vice President, Students & Academic Strategy.
Heather will oversee the college’s academic strategy and integration and be responsible for leading ongoing improvements in student experience. She will also focus on growing revenue stream opportunities in micro-credentials and dual credit, advancing the work of the Indigenous House of Learning, and ensuring high-quality and innovative work-integrated learning experiences.
Heather has more than 20 years of exceptional leadership experience across multiple NorQuest initiatives, including the development of the college’s highly regarded academic strategy: Reimagine Higher Education. She also led the creation of two thriving academic divisions: Research & Academic Innovation, and Academic Strategy & Integration.
Heather holds a Master of Arts from the University of Alberta, a Project Management Certificate from NAIT, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta.
