Mental Health and Self-Care for the Culinary Industry - XBUS 2201

A career in the culinary industry can be fun, versatile, and rewarding, but it can also be fast-paced, demanding, and competitive. Learn some tips from Kelsey Johnson, co-owner and chef of Café Linnea, about how to slow down and put your own health needs first while you are busy feeding others. While you create comfort food, this workshop will be a safe space to have a conversation about the industry you love and the struggles you may have experienced or observed in the workplace.
