Introduction to Indigenous Cooking - XBUS 2204

Edmonton has the second-largest Indigenous population in all of Canada, but Indigenous cooking still remains a mystery for many in the culinary industry. In this workshop, led by Brad Lazarenko of the Culina Family of Restaurants, participants will learn about the history of Indigenous cooking and some go-to recipes and ingredients that have cultural significance. Come prepared with questions and be ready to learn about the delicious cooking techniques of Canada’s Indigenous peoples.
