Murray “Glen” McCalpin, beloved by all who knew him, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 in Spruce Grove, Alberta. He was a fixture in the community and took on many roles in advancing the lives of those around him. He wore many different hats throughout his 60-year life and impacted countless people along the way.
To honour Glen’s memory, his family has created the Glen McCalpin Memorial Award. This award will be given out annually to a student pursuing academic upgrading who demonstrates strong community involvement.
