Not sure if you meet the academic requirements, or just have questions about admissions? At Open House, our advisors will be available to guide you through your options and answer any questions.
Non-competitive admissions
Our applications are assessed on a first-come, first-qualified basis, meaning as long as you meet the minimum requirements and apply before the program fills, you can be accepted.
Open admission pathways
Through our Open Admission Pathways, you can gain entry into select programs even if you don’t meet the admission requirements.
Prior learning assessment and recognition
We recognize your current skills and knowledge. Your experience gained through study, work, and life experiences can earn college credit.

Upgrade your high school courses. Earn your high school diploma or choose only the courses you need for post-secondary entry.

Arts and Sciences
Prepare for your bachelor’s degree! Our Arts and Sciences Diploma gives you the equivalent of the first two years of a bachelor’s degree and transfer credits to universities like the University of Alberta and MacEwan University.

Open Admissions Pathways
Missing requirements such as high school courses or English language proficiency? Learn how you can apply to open studies with less requirements, earn credits for a certificate or diploma, and gain entry into your desired program.
