Sensory Processing in Autism Spectrum Disorder - ASDS 1002

Learners will explain sensory processing systems generally. Learners will discuss differences in sensory processing responses and the effects for the person with autism spectrum disorder. Learners will discuss the role of the specialist in outlining adaptive strategies and plans for sensory processing differences.

Note: Restricted to Autism Studies and Behaviour and Regulation Studies.


This course is delivered in a classroom setting with face-to-face instruction at regularly scheduled times.
