The ability to plan, organize, lead and monitor change as well as an overall understanding of management principles are crucial requirements in today’s business environment. Understand the role of management, setting goals, coaching and feedback and other factors that influence behaviour in organizations. Develop key skills to manage all aspects of a project within an organization including key concepts of quality management. Understand the dynamics of the business environment, organizations and how they impact organizational goals and the ability to successfully manage projects.
