Effective Communication in Energy - ENRG 1102

This course teaches students how to communicate in a professional energy context in writing and speaking, as well as topics such as meeting management, difficult conversations and respectful communication. Students will explore the psychology of human communication and develop their own approach to communicating professionally, effectively and concisely.
