This course introduces the fundamental tools and concepts related to financial and human resource management in health-care organizations. Students will learn the need to understand the cost of doing business and will acquire the skills to read, analyze, and interpret financial information related to budgeting, funding, and accounting. They will also gain an understanding of the principles of change and basic project management.

Note: Co-requisite: HLTH 1200. Restricted to Health Care Leadership.
