GED Exam - GEDT 1000

The General Educational Development Test (GEDT) is a two-day exam made up of five subject areas:
- Mathematics (90 minutes, multiple-choice): Number operations and number sense, Geometry and measurement, Data analysis, Statistics and probability, Algebra, functions, and patterns
- Language Arts, Reading (65 minute, multiple-choice): Poetry, drama, prose, Visual and Performing Arts Review, Workplace and community Documents
- Language Arts, Writing exam (120 minutes total, essay writing and multiple-choice): Organization, Sentence structure, Usage, Mechanics,
- Social Studies (70 minutes, multiple-choice): History, Geography, Civics and government, Economics
- Sciences (80 minutes, multiple-choice): Physics and Chemistry, Life science, Earth and Space science

All testing is required to be completed in-person.
