In NorQuest’s Behaviour and Regulation Studies, you will discover the complexities that underlie what has been traditionally known as challenging behaviours. Moving to a person-centred perspective, behaviours of concern challenges care partners to see that not all behaviours are challenging, rather that each behaviour is communicating a need.
This program will help you respond with techniques designed for individuals as you provide care within the context or relationship.
