Upon completing the theory and practicum components, graduates will be prepared to write the Medical Device Reprocessing Technician certification exam through the Canadian Standards Association. This association is the Canadian certifying body that issues the national certified medical device reprocessing technician credential.

You will need a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) to apply to take the certification exam. Email the CSA at training@csagroup.org if you have any questions about meeting the prerequisite to complete the certification exam.
