The Computer Commons has three black-and-white laser printers.

These printers use letter size paper only, and are set up to print double-sided. If you need to print a formal document that requires single sided printing, see the Computer Commons staff for advice.

Each print job is limited to 100 pages (50 double-sided pages). If your document is larger, you will have to divide it into more than one print job. If you are not sure on how to do this, see the Computer Commons staff.

Most students receive 20 printing credits (200 pages) per semester, although students in some programs may have more. The balance on your printing credits is shown on the desktop and is called "Paper Cut".

Additional printing credit may be purchased at the PaperCut kiosk in the Computer Commons. If you need help using the kiosk, the Computer Commons staff will be happy to assist you.

The kiosk only accepts cash (no debit or credit) and will not dispense any change.

At the end of the semester, any leftover printing credit will be carried over into the new semester.
