Our learners and soon-to-be graduates are ready to jumpstart their careers, and we’re excited to invite you to be part of their journey! The NorQuest College Career Fair on March 4, 2025 is your chance to connect with the next wave of skilled talent in a variety of fields.

The NorQuest Career Fair offers you even more ways to engage and stand out! Beyond the traditional exhibitor booths, you can now take advantage of:

Regular rate

  • Early bird (Until December 13, 2024) $300.00 + GST
  • Full price $350.00 + GST

Not-for-profit rate (organizations must have a registered charity number)

  • Early bird (Until December 13, 2024) $225.00 + GST
  • Full price $275.00 + GST
How many team members should I bring to this event?

We highly recommend you bring at least 2 representatives. This will ensure you have multiple representatives available at your exhibitor booth and to connect with our learners.

Is my organization a good fit for this event?

Are you looking to hire or provide volunteer opportunities for NorQuest learners? Then yes, this event would be a great fit for your organization!

Organizations that are not a good fit:

  • Opportunities where students would need to pay to participate, such as sports teams, yoga studios, or employment training
  • Immigration agencies
  • Commission-based roles without a minimum wage guarante 
Is parking available?

Limited complimentary parking stalls will be provided for exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. Additional paid parking is available around the downtown NorQuest campus.

What additional activities are available to connect with learners?

Beyond the exhibitor booth, you and your team will have the chance to connect with NorQuest learners and to be involved in educating the future workforce through:

  • Virtual session and panel discussion
  • Resume reviews for students
What are the hours of this event?

NorQuest’s Career Fair 2025 will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

The on-campus exhibitor area will be open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

We ask that all exhibitors arrive at 9:45 a.m. to set up your booth and take down your booth no earlier than 3:00 p.m. If you are participating in an opportunity to connect with our learners, we will contact you with the specific time and details.

When is this event being held?

Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at NorQuest College.

Where is the event located?

Exhibitor booths and resume reviews will be in person at NorQuest College’s downtown Edmonton campus. Panels and sessions will be broadcast virtually via the RingCentral event platform.

Who is the target audience?

This event is open to learners from all faculties and programs at NorQuest College. We have learners completing their workforce relevant education in business, healthcare, community studies, and more!

NorQuest is also home to many foundational programs, where learners learn to prepare for future education or job opportunities. To view a full list of our programs, please click here.

You can expect a wide range of learners to attend, all at various stages in their career exploration. Some are about to graduate and are actively looking for opportunities, others are exploring their career options and seeking information.
