They are designed to help support persons gain additional skills when working with survivors of violence, while also raising awareness, promoting a culture of consent, and ensuring students and staff across the college have access to the resources and services they need.
Workshop topics include but are not limited to:
- Conflict resolution
- Supporting those who have been harmed
- Receiving disclosures
- Community-based support
- What is sexual violence
- Working with people who cause harm
