The Staying Alive Opioid Harm Reduction campaign provides tools to better assist individuals in minimizing their risk of opioid poisoning. The information provided within the Staying Alive: Opioid Harm Reduction booklet provides information and tools for a harm reduction strategy. Hard copies of this document have been distributed provincially to various agencies, correctional centres, and non-profit organizations.
The materials below have been created and distributed to correctional centres across Alberta, with help and input from people who have experienced incarceration and/or substance use. We hope that these materials can help to keep all members of our communities more healthy and safe.
