Important information before you enrol
- Ensure you are familiar with MyQuest
MyQuest
You can access your student information on MyQuest, using the login information that was sent to your personal email account. Use MyQuest to:
- check admission requirements and track application status
- self-service enrolment (for applicable programs)
- update your address, social insurance number, and contact information
- pay your tuition and fees
- view your course enrolments and class schedule
- access the academic advisement tool to plan your program and view your progress
- print enrolment verification documents
- see your final grades in your courses
- view your account balance, including tuition and other fees you owe
- print unofficial NorQuest transcripts
- request official transcripts
- link directly to Moodle classes (if applicable)
- apply for graduation
- If you are an International student, you need to have more than 50% of courses in person. This does not include permanent residents
The Office of the Registrar will enrol you in courses for the upcoming term based on your program requirements and academic plan.
Your next steps:
- You will be automatically enrolled in courses for the upcoming term. You do not need to individually select courses. You will be notified via MyMailupon being enrolled
MyMail
Every NorQuest student has a MyMail email account. NorQuest staff and instructors send information to your MyMail account. It is your responsibility to check your MyMail account regularly. Direct all course-specific questions (about topics such as exams, marks, labs, or course content) to your instructor or program area.

While you are being block enrolled, you may still have opportunities to adjust your schedule if needed, such as adding, dropping, or swapping courses. Check your Academic Advisement Report

Prerequisites and co-requisites
A prerequisite is a course that must be successfully completed before attempting a specific course. The course description may also list co-requisites. A co-requisite is a course that must be taken in the same term if it has not been completed previously.

Your enrolment appointment is the date and time you will have access to select your courses and build your schedule. You can enrol in courses anytime on or after this date, up to the enrolment deadline.

3 Enrol through MyQuest
- Log into MyQuest
- From the main menu, choose Self Service > Student Center > Academics > Enrolment to add or drop courses
- You can also enrol in courses using Visual Schedule Builder (VSB)>. From your Student Center, select Build my Schedule.

Visual Schedule Builder (VSB) is an online self-service tool accessible through Student Center in MyQuest. VSB:
- Improves the experience of planning your schedule
- It allows you to review conflict-free timetable options in an easy-to-read weekly format
- Helps you select a schedule that works for your individual learning needs
4 Review your enrolment and account summary
See your Student Center to review class schedule, start and end dates, campus, and tuition and fees.
5 Pay your tuition and fees
Tuition and fees are due on the first day of the term. You can find the amount owning for tuition and fees in MyQuest under Campus Finances > Account Inquiry.
