Paying your fees

  • Fees are due at the start of the term. Failure to pay your fees may result in a late fee of $100. It may take several business days to process your payment and for updated balances to reflect on your account. Payment receipts can be found in your MyQuest account.

  • We do not accept cash or payments inperson. All payments must be completed online

  • Information about Foundational Learning Assistant Program (grant funding), Academic Upgrading, English as an Additional Language, Transitions to Employment, Apprenticeship Prep, and Day Home Provider can be found here

When are fees due?

Fees are due on the first day of classes. It is essential to ensure your fees are paid or appropriate funding is in place to avoid any delays or complications.

How do I make a payment?

NorQuest College offers various payment options to make it convenient for you. Detailed instructions and information on payment methods can be found on our payment page.

How does it work if I am approved for a student loan?

If you have been approved for a student loan, it is important to understand that all loan money gets sent to you. You are responsible for paying your tuition and fees by the deadlines.

How does it work if I am receiving Foundational Learner Assistance Program (FLAP) funding?

If you are receiving FLAP funding, you must ensure that your FLAP application has been approved and processed. Once your funding is confirmed, our Financial Aid office will be notified, and your tuition fees will be covered. Please ensure you understand that you may be responsible for paying fees not covered by funding.

If you are not approved for funding, you are responsible for paying all fees.

I have not applied for funding. What do I do?

If you have not applied for funding yet, we encourage you to explore the financial aid options available to you. Our payment website provides comprehensive information on scholarships, grants, bursaries, and other sources of funding. We recommend reviewing the eligibility criteria and deadlines for each opportunity and applying accordingly.
