Business Communications - XBUS 4204

Business communication is an essential skill in today’s workplace. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently can set you apart from others and help you succeed in attaining employment or promotions. This course focuses on both writing and speaking skills, including an introduction on how to write paragraphs, emails, and business correspondence, as well as how to present information orally. These topics will be discussed in relation to how they are applicable to a career in supply chain management.
