Before the start of classes
- Login to your:
- NorQuest email account: this is where the College will send all correspondence to you
- MyQuest accounts: this is where you can check your ‘To Do’ list, your outstanding fees, pay your fee, and review your course schedule

Your Moodle account: how to access your Moodle account (note you may not be able to access any courses in Moodle until 24 hours)
- Pay your fees - Your tuition and fees must be paid on or before the first day of the term, regardless of your start date throughout the term
- We only accept payments online. We do not accept in-person payments.
- If you are student receiving Foundational Learner Access Program (FLAP funding) you are responsible to pay your program and supply fees
- Get your student ID card and Clinical ID Card in the Office of the Registrar
- Get your bus pass
- Find your classroom (campus map)
First week of classes
- Get help: we will have volunteers at our main entrance to answer any questions you may have, including how to find your classroom and where to get your student ID
- Attend your program orientation: meet fellow classmates, learn more about the program, and connect with faculty during your program orientation
- Check out the services offered by the Students’ Association. Pick up your handbook at SANQC
Important deadlines
- Opt out of health and dental plan
- Pay your fees on time
- Make any changes to your schedule.
- There is a deadline to add or drop your classes
- See a Student Advisor if you have questions or concerns about your schedule. Go to the Office of the Registrar to drop in to see an Advisor or email student.advisor@norquest.ca
